Terms and Conditions
By entering this promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions).
The Promoter is Super Fierce Pty Ltd (ABN 22 632 423 575). Contact details are available on our website www.superfierce.com.au .
To be eligible to enter:
- You must be an Australian resident and 18 years of age or over
- You must not be a director, officer or employee of the Promoter, or any other supplier or agency directly associated with the Promotion; or an immediate family member of any director, officer or employee of the Promoter or any supplier or agency directly associated with the Promotion. That includes a spouse, de-facto partner, parent, sibling, or child
The promotion commences 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Tuesday 13 September 2022 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 1 November 2022 (Promotion Period).
Entry is free with entries limited to one entry per person. To be eligible to win, the entrant must successfully complete each of the following requirements:
- Request your free Super Savings Report. This includes uploading your superannuation information as this is required to successfully create your Super Fierce Super Savings Report (full details of the nature of the Report and the Promoter’s “Financial Services Guide” can be found here)
- Open and review your Super Savings Report;
- Follow @besuperfierce, @girlsgetaways and @july on Instagram; and
- Comment on our Save & Win pinned post telling us “Why your bestie is Fierce!” in 25 words or less and make sure you tag them too!
A winner will be selected by a panel of Super Fierce employees, and the prize winner will be personally notified by email. The winner’s name and 25-word explanation about why her bestie is Fierce, will also be published on the Super Fierce Instagram account on Friday 21 October 2022.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion, including with respect to any aspect of selecting the prize-winner is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. By accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees to cooperate with the Promoter regarding further promotion, marketing and publicity purposes.
There will be one prize winner. The prize includes, as a minimum:
- Girls Getaways Holiday Experience for two people – timing for taking the holiday is subject to availability and will be managed by Girls Getaways
- Return airfares to and from Noosa for two people – timing is based on availability and suitability for the Resort available dates. Super Fierce will manage the travel bookings
- Airport transfers to and from Sunshine Coast Airport and Peppers Noosa Resort, provided by Super Fierce
- Two July Carry On Trunks in Coastal Blue.
The maximum prize value is $10,000. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and, unless expressly stated otherwise, cannot be taken as cash.
Travel insurance is not included in the prize and the winner undertakes to take responsibility for obtaining their own travel insurance
If any prize is unavailable due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, then the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
If any prize is unclaimed by 30 October 2022 and the winner is not contactable, the next eligible entry will be selected on 31 October 2022 at the same time of day and place as the original selection, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The new winner will be contacted via email. The winner’s name and 25-word explanation about why her bestie is Fierce, will be published on the Promoter’s Instagram account.
If for any reason this promotion does not run as planned by the Promoter or is likely not to run as planned by the Promoter, the Promoter may take such steps as it considers reasonably necessary to manage the risks associated with the divergence which may include modification, suspension, termination, or cancellation of the promotion.
The Promoter will use the personal information of each entrant to enter the entrant into the Promotion, and for general marketing purposes.
The entrant does not have to provide the information requested. However, if the entrant does not, the Promoter will not be able to enter the entrant into the Promotion. The entrant may request access at any time to personal information held by the Promoter about the entrant and ask the Promoter to correct it if the entrant believes it is incorrect or out of date.
If the entrant wins a prize in the promotion, the details of the entrant will be published on the Promoters Instagram account and may be required, by State/Territory legislation, to be published in a newspaper. Information provided by the entrant will be subject to the Super Fierce Privacy Policy.
The entrant is solely liable for the costs they may incur in entering the promotion and claiming the prize.
Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or Snapchat; and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or Snapchat from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or Snapchat
Neither the Promoter nor its officers, employees or agents are liable for:
- A personal injury or distress caused by a prize; or
- Any loss, damage, or expense (including loss of opportunity) suffered directly or indirectly as a result of entering or winning the promotion, except for injury, loss, damage or expense caused by the fraud, gross negligence or breach of contract by the Promoter.
The types of liabilities contemplated by the sub-paragraphs directly above include, but are not limited to, technical difficulties, equipment malfunction, theft, unauthorized access, an entry, or prize claim which is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected due to an act or omission beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, or tax liability.
